We keep machinery safe. But the men operating those machines matter just as much. AMCS is proud to support Andy's Man Club — a free, confidential peer-to-peer mental health support network for men across the UK and online.

We want to end the stigma surrounding men's mental health and help men through the power of conversation.
The engineering, manufacturing, automotive and food & beverage sectors that AMCS serves are predominantly male environments. These are high-pressure industries — and the statistics around male mental health in these sectors are stark.
Suicide is the single biggest killer of men under 50 in the UK. These are our clients, our colleagues, and our community. We have a professional responsibility for physical safety. We believe we have a human responsibility that goes further.
Andy's Man Club provides something powerful and simple: a room full of men who understand that talking is not weakness — it's strength.
Around three quarters of all suicides in the UK are men. Male suicide is the leading cause of death for those aged 20–49. These are not abstract statistics — they are our industry.
Men are far less likely to seek help for mental health than women. Stigma, culture, and a reluctance to appear vulnerable all play a role. Peer-to-peer groups break that barrier without clinical formality.
Andy's Man Club works because men talk to men — not to a professional in an unfamiliar setting. Peer support, shared experience, and a weekly routine create lasting change.
Hundreds of local groups across England, Wales, and Scotland. Walk in — no appointment, no referral, no pressure. Talk as much or as little as you want.
For men who are further afield, or who prefer to connect from home. The same confidential, peer-to-peer support — no travel required.
Real stories from real men. A place to listen, reflect, and know you're not alone in what you're going through — before or after your first group visit.
We didn't put this page on our website because we had to. We put it here because men's mental health is a subject that matters to us as people — not just as a business.
The industries we work in are often demanding, high-pressure environments. We've seen what happens when that pressure builds with no outlet. We've seen colleagues struggle in silence. We know this isn't just someone else's problem.
Andy's Man Club exists to change that — one Monday evening at a time. If this page reaches even one person who needed to see it, that's enough for us.
If you or someone you know is struggling — please reach out. You don't have to be in crisis to attend a group. You just have to show up.
Free. Confidential. No booking. Every Monday.
